COA
Computer Organization & Architecture
First pass — current weak spotCOA is honestly the subject giving me the most trouble right now. Pipelining and cache mapping look straightforward as concepts, and then turn into multi-step numericals that I'm still too slow at.
I'm slowing down here on purpose — going topic by topic with PYQs immediately after each one, instead of finishing the whole syllabus first and hoping it sticks.
Topics I'm covering
- Instruction Sets & Addressing Modes
- Pipelining & Hazards
- Cache Memory & Mapping Techniques
- Memory Hierarchy
- I/O Organization
- ALU Design & Number Representation
PYQ notes
Pipeline-hazard numericals are where I'm losing the most time right now, so those get solved slowly and deliberately rather than rushed.
