About My GATE Journey
I'm Prince. I'm preparing for GATE CSE 2027, and MegaMocks is where I've been writing down that preparation as it actually happens — not a polished summary after the fact, but the version written the same day, before I know how any of it turns out.
Why I started this
Most GATE prep content I came across online fell into one of two categories: a sales pitch for some course, or a topper's success story written well after the fact, with all the messy middle parts smoothed out. Neither of those felt like something I could actually use. I wanted a record of the parts nobody posts about — the mock test that goes badly, the topic that takes four attempts to understand, the week where nothing seems to be working.
What readers can expect
Daily-ish journey entries, subject pages that update as my own preparation moves forward, and occasional longer articles when a mistake or a fix seems worth writing up properly. What you won't find here is guaranteed ranks, invented success stories, or "join thousands of students" numbers that aren't true. If MegaMocks has a small, honest readership, I'd rather say that than pretend otherwise.
What I'm currently working on
Right now I'm on a second revision pass through Operating Systems and doing daily PYQ sets from Discrete Mathematics, the subject I currently trust least. That'll be different by the time you're reading this, which is more or less the point of documenting it this way.
